Shipping Policy

At Hair Majesty UK, we aim to deliver your hair products quickly, securely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a follow-up email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT may be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Options & Estimated Timelines

We currently offer the following delivery options:

UK Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail / Courier): 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT (additional charge applies)

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to selected countries.
  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days

Note: Shipping timeframes do not include processing time.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.
  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £75.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use the link provided to track your shipment in real-time.

If your tracking number doesn’t work immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update their system.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s import regulations.
  • Hair Majesty UK is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or delays caused by customs.

6. Delays or Delivery Issues

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or customs clearance.
  • If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at support@hairmajestyuk.com, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order. Hair Majesty UK is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation at support@hairmajestyuk.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
