2. Delivery Options & Estimated Timelines

We currently offer the following delivery options:

UK Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail / Courier): 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT (additional charge applies)

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to selected countries.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days

Note: Shipping timeframes do not include processing time.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £75.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging, with tags intact.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

❌ Items that are NOT eligible for return/refund:

  • Worn, installed, or tampered hair products (including wigs, bundles, closures, frontals).

  • Customised or personalised items.

  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items.

  • Items returned without prior communication or approval.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, please:

3. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Eligible for Cancellation: Orders placed within the last hour that have not yet been processed, customised, or shipped.

  • Not Eligible for Cancellation:

    • Orders past the 1-hour window.

    • Orders already dispatched or marked “In Transit.”
