- We only accept returns if the item supplied is damaged or different from what was ordered
- Returned hair must be unused and unworn and in its original packaging
- Hair must be in good condition, that is not scattered, styled, fixed, lace cut/tint on the lace
- Hair must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Customers will be responsible for the delivery fee of returned items
- A refund will be made 24 hours after item is returned
